Americans fear brain degeneration more than any other health concern. This seminar will delve into ways to remove triggers that can be harming the brain and discuss ideas about protecting our most precious, yet fragile, brain.

You will gain a deeper understanding of neurotransmitters in the brain and signs of dysfunction. Specific issues with brain function and how whole food nutrition impacts these will be covered including:

  • Memory, cognition, and helping children with focus issues
  • Recovery from brain injury
  • Stress and its effects on the brain
  • Blood sugar dysregulation
  • Toxins

Special attention will be given to causes of neuroinflammation, hormonal and chemical influences on brain function along with specific diet and nutrition support to Build a Better Brain.

Event Details

Dr. Lawrence is a Certified Clinical Nutritionist, Master Herbalist, Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, Doctor of Naturopathy, Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine, holds a PhD in Natural Medicine and is a Diplomate of the American Clinical Board of Nutrition. She has a passion to help people find the root cause of their health issues rather than address symptoms.

Dr. Lawrence’s goal is to teach other practitioners how to help patients resolve their toughest health challenges.  Dr. Lawrence loves the challenge of chronic and difficult cases. Her speaking focus is on making a presentation not only informative but enjoyable.  Read More
